1Who we are
This policy applies to the URUS CAR Android app with package name com.uruscar.app, provided by URUS CAR, SARL AU, a car-rental company in Morocco.
2What the app does
The app is an offline rental-planning tool. It displays vehicle categories and indicative planning rates, calculates estimates, shows company information, and lets a user save an optional reservation draft.
A saved draft is not submitted and does not create, reserve, or confirm a booking.
3Data processed on the device
If a user saves a draft, the app stores the selected pickup date, return date, vehicle category, and pickup area in the app's private storage on that device.
This information is processed only to save and display the draft. It is never sent to URUS CAR or to any other organization.
4Data collection and sharing
The app does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information, precise or approximate location, device identifiers, contacts, financial information, messages, photos, media, app activity, diagnostics, or any other user data.
The app contains no advertising, analytics, tracking, social-media, or Google Play Services SDK.
5Permissions and connectivity
The app declares no internet permission and requests no dangerous or sensitive Android permission. It does not run any background service.
6Retention and deletion
A saved draft remains on the device until the user selects Clear local draft, clears the app's storage in Android settings, or uninstalls the app.
Android cloud backup and device-to-device transfer are disabled for the app, so the draft is not backed up by the app.
7Security
Draft data is kept in Android's app-private storage, which is isolated from ordinary access by other apps.
Because the app does not transmit user data, there is no user-data transmission to encrypt. No method of storage is guaranteed to be completely secure, especially on a compromised or rooted device.
8Children
The app is a general rental-planning utility and is not directed to children. It does not knowingly collect personal data from children or from any other user.
9Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the app's features or data practices change. The effective date above will be updated.
Material data-practice changes will also be reflected in the app and in the Google Play Data safety declaration before the changed version is released.

Because no data leaves the device, URUS CAR has no server-side app data to locate or delete. The deletion controls in section 6 remove the local draft.
